About

Going through a divorce or complicated family law matter is an emotional journey. 

With a compassionate heart and fierce loyalty, Maia Brodie provides guidance and support to help people through life’s most difficult transitions.

A keen listener, Maia assesses the unique needs of her clients and provides honest, clear expectations. With decades of family law experience, Maia instills confidence in her clients.  She deftly navigates family courts delivering outcomes in the best possible interest of her clients and their children.

Since founding Brodie Law in 1997, Maia has focused solely on divorce and family law matters. She gives back to the legal community by providing ethical oversight as Special Representative of Region X of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, an agency of the Missouri Supreme Court. She is a frequent presenter and author on the topics of divorce, family law and legal ethics.
